Larry grew up in Ohio and, after serving our country overseas, moved to California. He found his forever home in Marin County, where he’s built a beautiful life surrounded by family and clients who have become like family. Construction has been his life for more than 40 years — delivering dreams, one project at a time.
Grateful for how warmly California welcomed him, Larry poured everything he had into his work and his community. Today he works alongside his son, whom he taught everything he knows. The business is more than a trade; it’s a legacy — built on craftsmanship, dedication, and family values that will carry forward for generations.
Meet Nicolas Vitas
Nicolas “Nick” grew up in California learning hands-on work from his dad, Larry. Weekends on job sites taught him attention to detail—now nothing goes untouched around him.
He updates his dad’s trade with modern techniques and a focus on value. For over a decade, he’s worked in waterproofing consulting and project management, earning his General Contractor’s license to run projects from start to finish.
Off-site he enjoys motorcycles, family, and friends, and he’s always tinkering on personal projects. He blends tradition, strong relationships, and practical expertise to deliver durable work.
